Here at Corbett & Sons we've got some funny ideas - some might even call us heretics! We believe in the customer. We believe that this is primarily a customer service business, it just happens to be also a painting and decorating business.
I'm making an assumption that most of you are just like me - when I buy a service I want to pay a fair price, I want the job done right and done in a way that suits me, not the service provider. I understand that sometimes there are deviations from the plan and as long as everyone is fair and equitable, most problems can be resolved.
